These terms describe the use of the M & C Pavers website. They apply to website content and inquiries, not as a substitute for a separately agreed project contract.
General information, not professional advice
This website provides general information about M & C Pavers and examples of paving and outdoor projects. Its text, photographs, FAQs and other materials are informational. They are not individualized construction, engineering, structural, drainage, legal, safety or other professional advice.
Every property and project is different. Do not rely on website information alone to make construction decisions or begin work. Obtain an appropriate site assessment and any qualified professional advice, permits, inspections or approvals your project requires.
Projects, estimates and photographs
Descriptions, images, materials and availability may change. Photographs illustrate examples and do not guarantee an identical result. Actual costs, scope, scheduling, warranties and responsibilities must be established in a separate written agreement. Requesting an estimate, submitting a form or calling us does not by itself create a contract or reserve a project date.
Inquiries do not create a project contract
Submitting a form, sending project information, requesting an estimate, receiving an automated acknowledgment or selecting a cookie preference does not by itself create a service contract, establish a price, authorize work or reserve a start date. A project requires a separate agreement on its scope and terms with an authorized M & C Pavers representative. An agreement may be signed electronically where permitted by law; these website terms do not invalidate an otherwise legally binding agreement.
Information you submit
Send only information reasonably needed to discuss your project and that you have permission to share. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, medical records or other sensitive information through this website. Contact forms and ordinary email are not guaranteed secure or confidential, and delivery or a response is not guaranteed. Please call to confirm important or time-sensitive requests. This website is not an emergency service.
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. These notices do not make your submissions public, authorize their sale or remove our legal duties to protect personal information and respond to security incidents.
Reasonable website use
Please use the website lawfully. Do not submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate someone else, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website or misuse contact tools. Provide only information you are entitled to share.
Content and third-party websites
Website text, branding and photographs are owned by M & C Pavers or used with appropriate rights. You may view the site for personal informational purposes. Other uses may require permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content, services or privacy practices.

We aim to provide useful information but cannot promise that every item is complete, current or error-free, or that the website will always be available. This provision applies only where legally enforceable and does not promise immunity from claims.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing waives mandatory consumer rights, privacy and data-security duties, statutory remedies or obligations under an enforceable project agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent lawful, and the remaining provisions remain subject to applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and cookie choices. Using the website or reading these terms does not itself provide consent to optional analytics or recording of private communications. You can change optional-analytics preferences through Cookie Settings.
Applicable law and updates
Florida law applies to these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without taking away mandatory rights you may have elsewhere. We may revise the terms and update the effective date. A separate written project agreement governs any services you purchase.
